Kane aims to obtain a fair outcome for his clients which recognises their contributions to the family and which recognises their unique future needs.
Prior to becoming a family lawyer, Kane was an Associate to His Honour Judge Burchardt and His Honour Judge O’Sullivan. As an Associate, Kane obtained invaluable experience in a wide range of property and parenting matters. His experience working at Court enabled him to obtain an in-depth understanding of its labyrinthine processes and procedures. He will now use that experience to guide you through the legal maze.
Kane has experience in negotiating property settlements which reflect the true extent of his client’s contributions to the relationship and which accommodate his client’s future needs in setting up a new life.
Kane also has experience in advocating for his client’s rights in Court. Shortly after joining the firm, Kane assisted a client to recover custody of his children, after the client had been falsely accused of family violence.
